We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
